Free earring project from Lark Crafts

Directions to make these pretty earrings are up now at the Lark Crafts blog.

I really like these earrings, and am imagining them made all in jet seed beads with jet drops. Okay, that's not so very colorful but I am thinking a lot about Victorian, all-black jewelry lately for some reason.

I downloaded the pattern...I'll let you know if I get a pair made!

Felted Goodness

Many folks have asked me, "What can I do with the felt roving?" Well, here you go! This menagerie of adorableness was created by one of our regular customers, McLeod Skinner. She needle felts adorable critters that make people smile. If you'd like to see more of McLeod's work, you should check out her etsy site: milepost13. If you'd like to learn to make your own felt creations, just come in the store! We'll give you a little demonstration. With little more than the wool roving and a single felting needle, you can create your own little creatures.
