Filigree Locket Necklace How To (with a bitty NC tag!)

We have these really sweet, tiny North Carolina charms at the shop. Local designers can add them to their jewelry, purses or other crafts to show that they are locally made. We can also get other states (all 50!) for anyone who is NOT lucky enough to live in North Carolina. 

The other day, I realized that all the jewelry I make for tutorials is MADE IN NC! Whoa! I can use these tags!
