We sell them. As a small business we'd be dumb not to. Do you know that the industry standard is that only 40% of all gift cards, gift certificates and gift checks get redeemed? That means that for many stores, 60% of the money from gift cards is free.
I have to say we have an almost 100% redemption rate. I don't know if that makes me happy (folks really, really like what we sell) or sad (free money, bye-bye!)
Okay, on second thought it makes me happy.
