Okay, I admit, I do have a thing for doll heads. I have a bit of a doll head collection. As I type this, I am being stared at by at least 26 eyes. Mostly, I think I like the slightly creepy vibe of a doll head. Especially if they are a bit off, which these are. Whenever I wear one of these rings I get a lot of questions about it. From the moment these heads on sticks arrived at our shop, I knew I had to make one into a ring.

September's Project of the Month

Our Project of the Month for September is this coolio African Trade Bead ring. It is quick and easy to make and a great way to show off your favorite new trade bead.

Join us anytime in September and make this project for just $4, right at our work table. This project will be free on Friday, September the 6th, from 6-8 pm during our First Friday celebration.

Nicole Beaded Ring

This new ring design uses an 8-loop ring base and Soft Flex. There are no crimps, the beading wire is just knotted at the beginning and end of the design. That is why I love Soft Flex. The super-flexible wire just does not act like beading wire is supposed to-but it is WAY stronger than thread.
